Edoboy was amazing and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, the sushi was delectable and very fresh, and it’s amazing seeing everything made in front of you and handed directly to you. You only have an hour to eat, which felt like just enough time while going through each of the courses. The miso soup and the dessert do not count towards the à la carte limit, which is 12 pieces. The miso soup is served at the end of the meal and has a very delightful taste. No utensils are given, you are expected to enjoy with your hands and a wet wipe is provided for cleansing your hands between different bites, hand sanitizer is also at each standing spot.

If someone asked me one sushi restaurant that they cannot miss in Orlando, I'm 100% recommending EDOBOY. The experience and quality of food here is unmatched! My partner and I tried the seasonal omakase and also ordered à la carte. Each omakase course was amazing, and drinks were well-made too. The fish and ingredients were so fresh and delicious, making each bite taste heavenly. Amazing combinations of ingredients - the chefs are geniuses. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, limited to a few guests per session. The hostess provided a warm welcome as well. EDOBOY is a standing sushi bar, and you get to see the chefs prepare each course. I also enjoyed seeing the chefs work together seamlessly in preparing each course. They timed each course well, and there was time left for à la carte. Reservations spots are dropped every Monday @noon and spots go out quick! If you love sushi, you have to come here! :)

My husband surprised me with dinner at Edo Boy for my birthday, and it ended up being one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Orlando. We did the Baller Set omakase, and every course felt like a work of art. The quality of the fish was exceptional some of the freshest sushi I’ve ever had and each bite was carefully crafted with flavors that were both creative and perfectly balanced. One thing I loved was that the experience felt fun and interactive. Instead of a traditional seated omakase, we stood at the sushi counter, which made it feel more casual, social, and engaging. Watching the chefs prepare each course right in front of us added so much to the experience and gave us a chance to appreciate the skill and attention to detail behind every bite. Some of my favorites were the Toro & Caviar, Salmon Crunch, XO Hamachi, OG Smash, and the incredible seared nigiri. The combination of bluefin tuna, uni, caviar, truffle, and other premium ingredients was absolutely amazing without ever feeling overdone. Every course had its own personality, and somehow each one seemed better than the last. The atmosphere was intimate, energetic, and unlike anywhere else I’ve been in Orlando.

every time i go to edoboy, its ALWAYS good! amazing sushi at a reasonable price. ballet set is the absolute best. chef alex is amazing, he brings great energy, v professional, & talented. if you’re thinking about giving this place a try, do it!!

A fun sushi concept at reasonable prices! Recommended the seasonal omakase from staff, which was well prepared by Chef Alex. Paired the fish with Otokoyama sake, which was well worth. Hotate, Hamachi, Miso and the Matcha dessert were standouts! Worth checking out
